Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answers 24-Line Norstar phone system and accurately directs calls, takes messages
  • Greets incoming guests in a friendly, professionally manner
  • Receives and signs for deliveries and helps coordinate outgoing packages
  • Opens, stamps, sorts and accurately distributes incoming mail. Posts outgoing mail.
  • Maintains company contact lists
  • Maintains office machines with paper, toner, staples, correct speed dials, etc., and calls for service when needed
  • Orders all office supplies and break room supplies, and keeps inventory
  • Mails mass mailers to agents or marketing leads
  • Assists upper level executives with various administrative tasks
  • Prepares morning coffee and organizes supplies in break room and office supply room
  • Provides clerical assistance as directed

Qualifications, knowledge and skills required:

  • Must have one year experience working in an office environment and answering phones
  • Strong oral and written skills required. Excellent Customer Service skills a must.
  • Must have a welcoming personality, voice and tone both on the phone and in person.
  • Must dress professionally (business casual).
  • Proficient in MS-Office (incl. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent typing and internet browsing skills
  • Must be well organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task
  • Position requires physical mobility and some lifting/shifting of supply boxes.

 

Administrative Assistant/Data Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry.
  • Assist with updating agent production reports.
  • Handle daily reconciliation and disbursement of eCheck and credit card receipts.
  • Correspond with Agents.
  • Provide administrative and general clerical support to Accounting Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High Volume, fast paced, multi-entity record keeping. Ability to work in this type of environment a must.
  • Typing of 60 wpm and 10-key by touch.
  • Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, utmost attention to detail and ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Accounting experience preferred.

 

Customer Service Representative

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Mobile Home Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes policy renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
  • Orders and reviews property photo inspections.
  • Runs reports for renewals and endorsements (ISO, RedZone, E2).
  • Handles duplicate payments and returned mail.
  • Scans documents into eFile system.
  • Provides customer service to agents, insureds and lenders via phone, email and mail.
  • Provides administrative and general clerical support.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails and mail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Provide superior customer service.
