Personal Lines CSR for P & C Agency / Wholesaler 

We are a successful P & C Insurance Agency/Wholesaler located in South Orange County looking for a Personal Lines CSR dedicated to Manufactured Home business.

Job description and duties

  • Quote and underwrite new incoming business applications (Retail and Wholesale).
  • Order and examine various reports ie: clue, ISOnet photos/inspections.
  • Process Renewals, policy change request and coverage inquires
  • Communicate with agents and insureds.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the various carriers guidelines & rates.
  • Update and maintain internal logs when needed
  • Assist with overflow within the department.

Must have but not limited to

  • Active P & C  license  required
  • A minimum of 2 years P & C insurance experience.
  • Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to process various quantities of work within specified deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Proper attire and professionalism required at all times.
  • Provide timely communication & follow up with customers, delivering and excellent customer service experience.
